  • ComTel provides online remote maintenance from our technical service center by our factory certified staff, Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
  • ComTel maintains a large inventory of NEC, equipment. Included in this inventory are complete systems providing our clients with outstanding basic disaster recovery capabilities. ComTel also has access to many other manufacturers equipment.
  • All systems maintained by ComTel can be remotely polled to diagnose system failures. In most cases, these issues can be remotely cleared without disruption to the basic service.
  • Field engineers are equipped with state of the art tools (I.E. display pagers, Nextel phones and laptop computers] so that prompt and efficient service is provided to all of our valued clients.
  • ComTel maintains a staff of customer service and support members available to answer general and specific questions as they relate to your particular requirements.
